ONLINE GROUP COACHING
This three-month group online program is intended for everyone who wants to acquire basic knowledge in the field of nutrition, master the proper combination of foods and learn how to create a personalized diet plan for improving their own health and lifestyle. As a certified health coach, macrobiotic educator and cancer survivor, during these 12 interactive live consultations and Q&A sessions, I will share with the participants a handful of useful and easily applicable recommendations and tips on nutrition and health.
Together, we will discuss the key topics such as the elimination of gluten, dairy products and refined foods full of sugar, additives, preservatives and other artificial ingredients. This way, we will enforce the reduction of inflammatory processes in the body and make a healthy foundation for strengthening the immune system, as well as for improving the work of the digestive tract, endocrine, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

HOW WAS THIS PROGRAM CREATED?
While creating this program, I was remembering the period when I cooked macrobiotic meals all day long in a very disciplined way, in order to regain my damaged health. This was 15 years ago, when a complete change in my diet and lifestyle represented my cancer treatment.
About seven years later, I realized for the first time that caring only about my diet was a huge part of me, while I let other important segments of my life happen on their own.
This was why I started my health coaching studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA. Since then, I’ve invested a lot of energy, money and willpower to master the techniques and methods for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and directing the acquired knowledge to help others to successfully change their diet and lifestyle.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN DURING THIS PROGRAM?
Before we start our education on changing the diet, we will determine the degree of general fulfillment and satisfaction with the current lifestyle, and we’ll jointly set the goals to fulfill in the coming weeks.
We will get acquainted with the basic guidelines for balancing meals according to the recommendations of world-renowned institutions, such as Harvard.

The consultation will be dedicated to the topic of carbohydrates, as well as to the basic division of this macronutrient.
Additionally, we will focus on body care through education on the importance of physical activity, massages and breathing exercises.
In the fifth week of the program, we will discuss the importance of protein in our nutrition, as well as finding the balance between animal and plant sources of this macronutrient.
We’ll also talk about the food cravings and prevention of the so-called “sabotage syndrome”.
Freshly made juices and smoothies have been an absolute trend in recent years, but it’s crucial to learn how to adapt these recipes to your own needs.
During this consultation, you will learn how to properly store food and why it is important for some of them to be organic.
In this module you will get acquainted with different types of fats and oils, and get to know why it’s important to read the declarations on the products you buy.
At the end of the program, we will make an overview of the goals achieved in the past weeks, with instructions on how to independently create your menu according to your personal preferences and health status.
