Beef bone broth

Beef bone broth is rich in nutrients that boost the immune system, support the digestive system, regulate thyroid dysfunction and many other health conditions. The broth is super easy to prepare at home, and it is recommended for consumption because of its richness in protein, especially collagen, as well as minerals like calcium and phosphorus.

4 pounds of beef bones
4 carrots, cut into pieces
4 stalks of celery, chopped into pieces
2 onions
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp whole black pepper corn
2 bay leaves
1 handful fresh thyme
1 bunch parsley leaves
¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
18 – 20 glasses of cold water

Put all the ingredients in a large pot. Pour the water over. Cook on high heat until it boils, then reduce and cook on the lowest heat, and remove the foam and grease that appears on the surface of the pot from time to time. Cook slowly for 24-48 hours. Remove from heat to cool down at room temperature. Pour broth through a strainer and toss other ingredients. Use within a week or freeze and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
