Do you love hummus? The traditional chickpea hummus is a light dip that you will love at first sight.

1 red bell pepper
500g cooked chickpeas
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch of parsley
pinch of chili flakes, optional
1 tsp salt
few tbs water, add more if necessary

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until the texture is smooth. Add more water if needed.
