Potato chickpea ginger pottage
CAULIFLOWER + CHICKPEAS + GINGER! Have you ever thought of a combination like this? These three ingredients go great with each other, and when mixed into POTTAGE, they make true magic. Try this recipe and let me know your impressions.
1 small onion
4-5 cm of ginger, chopped into pieces
salt, pepper and lemon to taste
100 g cooked chickpeas
3-4 basil leaves
4 cups water
1. Cook cauliflower, onion and ginger in a pot.
2. After about 20 minutes of cooking, pour the vegetable soup into a blender, and blend it together with chickpeas and basil, to get a creamy pottage.
3. If the pottage is too thick, add more water.
4. Pour the pottage into a plate and serve.
