On the contrary, depending on the way of preparations, various ingredients, herbs and spices which are used, they can even be more delicious. As an inspiration and a stimulus for thinking in this direction, on our today\u2019s menu, we have Mexican tacos with mango and black beans! Combination of seasonal fruits and vegetables with fresh herbs in a warm tortilla smeared with spicy, homemade mayo spread, creates a perfect balance and wakes up a positive, spring energy in everyone who tries it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n4 corn tortillas<br \/>\n1 cup cooked black beans<br \/>\n2 limes<br \/>\n\u00bc &#8211; \u00bd tsp red pepper flakes<br \/>\n2 handfuls arugula<br \/>\n\u00bd avocado, diced<br \/>\n\u00bd mango, diced<br \/>\n12 cherry tomatoes, diced in quarters<br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped<br \/>\na pinch of Himalayan salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe for spicy mayo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><br \/>\n150 g cashews<br \/>\n\u00bd lemon<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, minced<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp water (add more if necessary)<br \/>\n\u2153 tsp red pepper flakes<br \/>\nsalt as preferred<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions for mayo:<\/strong><br \/>\nPut all the ingredients into a blender, and blend while adding water until the texture is smooth enough.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions for tacos:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn one bowl mix the black beans with lime, red pepper flakes, parsley leaves, cilantro and salt. Heat the tortillas in the oven for several minutes, then spread the spicy mayo over them. Add black beans with spices, arugula, avocado, mango and cherry tomatoes over the mayo spread.
