I think I know the answer to that question so I decided to surprise you with a fantastic recipe for a very tasty dessert made out of grated carrots, fresh dates and raw walnuts. These are the raw balls that you can prepare fast and easy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n\u00be cup grated carrot<br \/>\n1 cup pitted, fresh dates<br \/>\n1 \u00be cup raw walnuts<br \/>\n2 tbsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n\u215b tsp Himalayan salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp Ceylon cinnamon<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp fresh grated ginger<br \/>\n1 pinch of nutmeg<br \/>\n4-6 tbsp coconut or almond flour<br \/>\n\u00bc cup raisins<\/p>\n<p><b>Instructions:<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the dates to a blender and blend them until they are finely chopped. Remove dates from the blender and set aside. Then put the walnuts, vanilla extract, salt and spices in the blender. Blend for about 15 seconds, and then mix them with dates and grated carrot. Blend until a sticky mixture is formed. Add 4 tbsp of coconut flour and raisins and make a ball using the mixture. Separate 1 tbsp of the mixture and make a smaller ball. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough. If the dough is too sticky to form balls, add more coconut or almond flour. If desired, roll balls into coconut flour (optional) and enjoy immediately or refrigerate to make them more firm.
