Thanks to the coconut milk, it has a creamy, velvety texture and its taste is fantastic. It can be made very easily and quickly, and you can serve it for lunch and dinner. Recipe for mushroom pottage you can find below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n400 g mushrooms, halved<br \/>\n1 small onion<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n4 cups water<br \/>\n1 small handful fresh basil leaves<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n100 ml coconut milk<br \/>\n1 tbsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in water for about 15 minutes.<br \/>\n2. Take 1 cup of liquid from the pot and spill it out, then wait for the soup in the pot to cool down.<br \/>\n3. Add 100 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper and basil.<br \/>\n4.
