This time, it\u2019s chocolate bread with pumpkin and various spices, from which I&#8217;d like to single out the cinnamon. It can be vegan too! Look below how you can prepare it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong>  60 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 10-12<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 \u00bd cup pumpkin puree (Steam the pumpkin, then blend it.)<br \/>\n\u00bd cup melted coconut oil<br \/>\n\u00bd cup agave syrup<br \/>\n2 eggs or 2 flax eggs for a vegan recipe (6 tsp of flaxseed mixed in 18 tsp of water)<br \/>\n2 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup whole grain rice flour<br \/>\n2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp cinnamon<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp nutmeg<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp ground ginger<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp ground clove<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp ground cardamom<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp ground anise<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd cup vegan dark chocolate pieces<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoration (optional):<\/strong><br \/>\nCoconut protein<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Heat the oven at 180 \u00b0C and cover the bread mold with baking paper.<br \/>\n2. Mix the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, agave syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract in a larger bowl, then mix until the ingredients are combined. Add the whole grain rice flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, cardamom, anise, and salt, then mix until the ingredients are combined.<br \/>\n3. Mix in the chocolate pieces.<br \/>\n4. Fill the mold with dough and put it in a heated oven to bake for about 40-45 minutes.<br \/>\n5. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the chocolate pieces on top and put the mold back in the oven.<br \/>\n6. Take the bread out and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes before cutting.<br \/>\n7.
