For today, I chose green peas and celery and made a fantastic potage that will provide you with needed energy. Look for the recipe below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time: <\/strong>45 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 6<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n2 \u00bc cup green peas<br \/>\n3 large carrots, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 celery sticks, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, mashed<br \/>\n2 cup cabbage, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 tsp oregano, minced<br \/>\n2 bay leaves<br \/>\n4-6 cup vegetable broth or water<br \/>\n4 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, coarsely chopped<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\na pinch of black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoration:<\/strong><br \/>\nChives, finely chopped<br \/>\nSweet ground pepper or red chili pepper flakes<br \/>\nFresh chili pepper, chopped into rings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Heat olive oil in a pot at moderate temperature, then add onion and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add carrots, celery, garlic, cabbage, chives, and oregano, and simmer for another 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.<br \/>\n2. After that, add green peas, bay leaves, and vegetable broth or water, and leave to boil. Cover with a lid and lower the temperature, leave to cook for about 30 minutes or until vegetables soften.<br \/>\n3. Add the parsley leaves 5 minutes before removing the pot from the heat. Leave to cool and remove the bay leaves.<br \/>\n4. Pour the potage into a blender and blend until the ingredients combine. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, then pour it into serving bowls.<br \/>\n5.
