Trust me, you haven\u2019t tried something like this yet. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 50 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for marinade:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bc cup olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bc cup organic honey<br \/>\n\u00bc cup soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp sweet ground pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp cumin<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp ground garlic<br \/>\nsalt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n3 \u00bd cup fresh mushrooms, sliced<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut oil, melted<br \/>\n2 cup fresh pineapple, diced<br \/>\n2-3 red and green peppers, chopped<br \/>\n1 cup raw brown rice<br \/>\n2 \u00bd cup water<br \/>\nkale pesto (recipe below)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Put the brown rice in water and cook for about 45 minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a jar and shake it until they combine.<br \/>\n2. Put the champignon mushrooms in a small bowl and pour the marinade over them.<br \/>\n3. Heat the oven at 180 \u00b0C. Arrange peppers and pineapple separately in a pan, lined with baking paper, and bake for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, fry the champignon mushrooms in coconut oil.<br \/>\n4. Serve everything in a bowl with kale pesto. Enjoy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kale pesto ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cup kale, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1 handful of cashews<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp sweet ground pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Soak the cashews overnight, then blend them.<br \/>\n2. Coat thinly sliced kale leaves with olive oil, then squash them to soften.<br \/>\n3. After that, mix the cashews and kale and add sweet ground pepper.<br \/>\n4.
