It goes perfectly with chicken, and if you are vegan, combine it with carrot or celery sticks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings: <\/strong>4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup water<br \/>\n1 cup cashews<br \/>\n1 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup fresh dill, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp chives, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp lemon juice + \u00bd tsp grated lemon peel<br \/>\n1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n2 tsp caper<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, mashed<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br \/>\na pinch of black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Mix the water and cashews in a blender, then blend until creamy.<br \/>\n2. After that, add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. If the mixture is too thick, add water or extra-virgin olive oil.<br \/>\n3.
