It\u2019s about a real autumn\/winter salad meal with black beans and sweet potato. And avocado dressing\u2026 The recipe is below!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 small heads of lettuce<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup black beans, cooked<br \/>\n1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp cumin<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00be cup cooked quinoa<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd avocado<br \/>\n1 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped<br \/>\n2-3 limes, juice<br \/>\n\u2153 cup extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp cumin<br \/>\n1 tbsp maple syrup or honey<br \/>\nwater (for dilution)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other dressing options:<\/strong><br \/>\nSalsa sauce<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Heat the oven at 200 \u00b0C and pour the olive oil, \u00bd tsp cumin, cinnamon, and salt in the pan, then arrange sweet potato pieces. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sweet potato softens and gets red.<br \/>\n2. Cook quinoa by following packaging instructions.<br \/>\n3. Put the black beans in a pot, cook at moderate temperature, and season with \u00bd tsp salt, cumin, and cinnamon. Lower the temperature when it boils.<br \/>\n4. Prepare the avocado dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water and spices if needed.<br \/>\n5.Wash the lettuce and chop it into smaller pieces.<br \/>\n6. Serve all the ingredients in a bowl, with the dressing you made.
