This mineral can be found in green leafy vegetables, and its absorption is helped by vitamin C, which is found in orange, tangerine, and grapefruit. That\u2019s the reason why I used these fruits for this fantastic salad. Try it out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pickled onion ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bc red onion, thinly chopped<br \/>\n\u2153 cup apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n4 cup kale, chopped<br \/>\n1 \u00bd tangerine<br \/>\n1 orange<br \/>\n1 grapefruit<br \/>\n1 apple<br \/>\n\u00bc cup pomegranate seeds<br \/>\na drop of olive oil for kale squashing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n3 tbsp apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n1 tbsp Dijon mustard<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\na pinch of black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd tbsp honey<br \/>\n\u2153 cup olive oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh orange juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Pour the apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, and water in a smaller bowl, then stir to combine. Add chopped onion and leave it in the fridge while you make a salad.<br \/>\n2. Put the kale in a large bowl, add olive oil and squash it with your fingers to soften.<br \/>\n3. Cut the apple, orange, grapefruit, and tangerine, then add them to a bowl with kale.<br \/>\n4. Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients.<br \/>\n5. Add pickled onion and pomegranate seeds to a salad, and season it with dressing.<br \/>\n6.
