Thanks to cauliflower and chickpea on one, and lemon and parsley leaves on the other side, this dish will satisfy your hunger and refresh your body at the same time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 4 <\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 medium-sized cauliflower, chopped into florets<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup cooked chickpea<br \/>\n\u00bd cup parsley leaves, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup red onion, chopped into rings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lemon dressing ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\n1 tsp grated lemon peel<br \/>\n\u00bc cup lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00bc cup extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp red chili pepper flakes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoration:<\/strong><br \/>\n2-3 lemon slices<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Remove cauliflower core, chop it into florets which you\u2019ll put in a big bowl. Chop the cauliflower core finely and add it to the bowl. Season it with salt and black pepper.<br \/>\n2. Pour all the dressing ingredients into a smaller bowl and stir until combined.<br \/>\n3. Add the chickpea, chopped red onion, and parsley leaves into the bowl with the cauliflower. Season with dressing and stir well.<br \/>\n4.
