I think no person in the world doesn\u2019t enjoy them, whether they choose it savory or sweet. I present you a recipe for savory pancakes that I made of oat and coconut flour. I combined them with avocado and onion, but you can choose the ingredients as desired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 6-7<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup unsweetened almond milk<br \/>\n4 egg whites<br \/>\n\u00bd cup + 2 tbsp oat flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)<br \/>\n2 tsp Dijon mustard<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp baking soda<br \/>\n\u00bd garlic clove, mashed<br \/>\n1 tsp coconut oil<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\na pinch of black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoration: (amount as desired):<\/strong><br \/>\navocado<br \/>\nred onion<br \/>\nparsley leaves<br \/>\ndried chili pepper<br \/>\nblack sesame seeds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Pour almond milk, egg whites, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a smaller bowl, then mix until combined.<br \/>\n2. In another bowl mix coconut flour, nutritional yeast, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and black pepper and stir well.<br \/>\n3. Pour the mix of almond milk, Dijon mustard, garlic, and egg whites into dry ingredients, and mix everything well.<br \/>\n4. Coat the pan with coconut oil, and pour a \u00bc-\u00bd cup of the resulting mixture per pancake. Fry them 1-2 minutes at moderate temperature, then turn and fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden on both sides. Repeat the process for as long as you have the mixture.<br \/>\n5. Serve with avocado, red onion, parsley leaves, dry chili pepper, and black sesame seeds.
