Bon appetit!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 40 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 8<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 leeks, chopped into rings<br \/>\n2 cups of asparagus, chopped into small pieces<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil + a little more for coating the pan<br \/>\n2 cups baby spinach<br \/>\n2 cups parsley leaves, finely chopped<br \/>\n3 spring onions, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bc cup fresh dill, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bc cup fresh chives, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bc cup fresh basil, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup water<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup chickpea flour<br \/>\n1 tsp psyllium powder<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp white miso paste<br \/>\n2 tsp Dijon mustard<br \/>\n3 tbsp fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, mashed<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp turmeric powder<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoration:<\/strong><br \/>\n8 asparagus<br \/>\n6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Preheat the oven at 180 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n2. Prepare the vegetables: pour olive oil in the pan and simmer leek at moderate temperature for 5 minutes, then add asparagus and simmer for another 5 minutes. Mix in the spinach and spring onions, then remove from the heat. Leave vegetables to rest.<br \/>\n3. Mix fresh parsley leaves, dill, chives and basil in a bowl, then add cooled vegetables. Set aside.<br \/>\n4. Make the creamy filling: mix water, chickpea flour, psyllium, baking powder, salt, black pepper, miso paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and turmeric in a blender, then blend until creamy.<br \/>\n5. Mix the resulting filling with vegetables and pour into a deeper pan, previously coated with olive oil. Arrange asparagus and cherry tomatoes on top.<br \/>\n6. Bake in the oven at 180 \u00b0C covered with foil for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.<br \/>\n7.
