Bon appetit!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cucumber, chopped into thin sticks<br \/>\n2 carrots, peeled into thin strips with a peeler<br \/>\n1 mango, cut into small pieces<br \/>\n1 handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half<br \/>\n1 handful of cashews<br \/>\n1 handful of fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped<br \/>\na few fresh mint leaves<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut sugar<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, mashed<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp red chili pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 lime juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. To prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined. Leave to rest.<br \/>\n2. Arrange the previously chopped vegetables and fruits in a large bowl, then coat with the dressing.<br \/>\n3.
