Even though I replaced certain ingredients, the taste is still recognizable. Try out the recipe and let me know if you like it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 40 minutes to prepare and 8 hours to cool down<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 8 slices<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n300 g silken tofu cheese, chopped into small pieces<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup coconut cream<br \/>\n4 tbsp coconut sugar<br \/>\n200 g gluten-free sweet crackers<br \/>\n200 ml coffee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoration:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 tsp raw cacao powder<br \/>\nfresh fruit, as desired<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Strain the silken tofu cheese, chop it into small pieces, and put it into a blender. Add coconut cream and coconut sugar, then blend everything until you get a creamy filling.<br \/>\n2. Soak the gluten-free sweet crackers in coffee, then place one part of them at the bottom of a refractory bowl.<br \/>\n3. After that, spread the filling over them.<br \/>\n4. Place the other layer of crackers over the filling, and spread the filling over them. The number of layers depends on the depth of a refractory bowl you are using.<br \/>\n5. Sprinkle the last filling layer with raw cacao powder and decorate with fresh fruit, as desired.<br \/>\n6. Put the cake into the fridge for 8 hours to harden.<br \/>\n7.
