Try out the recipe and let me know your impressions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 25 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 200-250 ml or 1 smaller jar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 onion, chopped into smaller pieces<br \/>\n2 \u00bd cup plums, chopped into small pieces<br \/>\n4-6 garlic cloves<br \/>\n3 thin ginger slices<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n3 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1-3 tbsp water + a little more, if needed<br \/>\n1-3 tsp agave syrup<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp Mediterranean herb mix<br \/>\na pinch of red chili pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 tsp apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Preheat the oven at 220 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n2. Place the pieces of onion and plums, garlic cloves, and ginger slices in a pan, and coat with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200 \u00b0C, and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until onion and garlic soften.<br \/>\n3. Put the onion, garlic, plums, and ginger in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add soy sauce, Mediterranean herb mix, and black pepper, then blend everything again. Add agave syrup, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of red chili pepper flakes, then water (if needed) and blend again.<br \/>\n4. Pour the resulting sauce into a smaller pot and heat at moderate temperature.<br \/>\n5. Serve with desired protein and enjoy.<\/p>\n<div style='text-align:center'
