Not only does it sound fantastic, but this treat is truly delicious. You can prepare it quickly and easily, and no one will resist it, especially the youngest ones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 40 minutes and 20 minutes to cool down<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 9-12 bars<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup oats<br \/>\n\u00be cup raw almonds, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u2154 cup dates, pitted<br \/>\n\u2153 cup dried cherries<br \/>\n\u00bc cup flaxseed<br \/>\n\u00bc cup almond butter<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut oil<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Preheat the oven at 180 \u00b0C and line the pan with baking paper.<br \/>\n2. Pour the oats and almonds into a pan, then bake them for 10-12 minutes, until golden.<br \/>\n3. Put the cherries and dates in a food processor and mix until smaller pieces remain or a ball forms, for about 20 seconds. The mixture should be sticky.<br \/>\n4. In a large bowl, pour baked almonds and oats, date and cherry mixture, flaxseed, and stir well. Set aside.<br \/>\n5. Heat almond butter and coconut oil in a small pot at moderate temperature. Mix until creamy and smooth. Remove from the heat, add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract, then mix again until combined.<br \/>\n6. Pour the resulting mixture in a bowl with the remaining ingredients, and stir well. The mixture should be sticky.<br \/>\n7. Pour the resulting mixture evenly in a ceramic bowl sized 20&#215;20 cm, then put it in a freezer to harden. Take the bowl out of the freezer and cut the mixture into bars.<br \/>\n8.
