For this fantastic orange potage, which you see in the photo, I used carrots as the main ingredient. To get a creamy texture, I added a tablespoon of peanut butter. Try it out, and let me know how you liked this combination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 4 <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n8-10 carrots, chopped into small pieces<br \/>\n1 onion, chopped into small pieces<br \/>\n3 garlic cloves, mashed<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup unsweetened coconut milk<br \/>\n\u00bd tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup vegetable broth<br \/>\n4 tbsp peanut butter<br \/>\n1 tbsp red curry paste<br \/>\nsalt (to taste)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\nfinely chopped parsley leaves<br \/>\npeanuts<br \/>\ndry chili pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic, and simmer until softened.<br \/>\n2. Add carrots, coconut milk, vegetable broth, and red curry paste. Simmer until the carrot softens. Then add peanut butter, and stir until it melts.<br \/>\n3. Put all together in a blender, and blend until smooth.<br \/>\n4. Salt to taste, and pour the resulting potage into a plate.<br \/>\n5. Decorate the potage with parsley leaves, peanut pieces, and dry pepper to taste.<br \/>\n6.
