Instead of chicken and bacon, in this recipe, I used chickpeas, which will satisfy your protein needs. This combination is very nutritious and delicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 2-4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups cooked chickpeas<br \/>\n4 cups (around 500 g) lettuce, separated in leaves<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00bc cup vegan parmesan<br \/>\n1 tsp caper (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup raw cashews<br \/>\n1 tsp Dijon mustard<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp black pepper<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, mashed<br \/>\n6 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n3-4 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bd cup hot water<br \/>\n1 tsp miso paste<br \/>\n1 tsp agave syrup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Cook the chickpeas following the packaging instructions.<br \/>\n2. Mix all the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.<br \/>\n3. Put the lettuce leaves in a large bowl, then cover them with olive oil and lemon juice. Then add the chickpeas, vegan parmesan, and the resulting dressing, and stir well. If desired, sprinkle a teaspoon of caper on top.<br \/>\n4.
