I try to use whole grain gluten-free flour because it doesn\u2019t cause sudden spikes in blood sugar. On today\u2019s menu, we have gluten-free pumpkin bread, which I made with a combination of only a few ingredients. It\u2019s delicious and it smells nice. Try the recipe,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 90 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 10-12 <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup pumpkin puree<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n\u2153 cup olive oil<br \/>\n\u2153 cup unsweetened almond milk<br \/>\n1 \u00bc cup gluten-free flour cake mix<br \/>\n\u00bd cup oats<br \/>\n\u00be cup coconut sugar<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp baking soda<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp gingerbread spice mix<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut protein (for decoration)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Preheat the oven at 180 \u00baC. Line the bread mold with baking paper.<br \/>\n2. In a small bowl, pour the pumpkin puree, eggs, olive oil, and almond milk, and stir until smooth.<br \/>\n3. In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour, oats, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and gingerbread spice mix.<br \/>\n4. Mix dry and wet ingredients, and stir until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into the prepared bread mold.<br \/>\n5. Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Leave until cool.<br \/>\n7.
