Let this treat be your daily dose of healthy fats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 \u00bd avocado<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n\u00bd cup cocoa powder<br \/>\n\u00bd cup peanut butter<br \/>\n\u00bd cup agave syrup<br \/>\n\u00bc cup unsweetened almond milk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topping ingredients (optional):<\/strong><br \/>\n1 tsp peanut butter<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp agave syrup<br \/>\na pinch of vegan chocolate, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.<br \/>\n2. Pour the pudding into glasses, and add topping as desired.<br \/>\n3.
