I created this recipe with lemon, cashew, and vegan parmesan topping. Try this ingredient combination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 25 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 2-3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n350 g gluten-free pasta<br \/>\na pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topping ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bc cup raw cashews (previously soaked in hot water for 30 minutes)<br \/>\n1 tbsp grated lemon peel<br \/>\n3 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp white miso paste<br \/>\n2 tsp nutritional yeast<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n\u00bc cup vegan parmesan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\na pinch of red chili pepper flakes<br \/>\n\u00bd bunch of fresh parsley leaves<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Cook gluten-free pasta following the packaging instructions. Take the cup of water out of the pot in which pasta was cooked and set it aside.<br \/>\n2. In the meantime, pour all the ingredients (besides vegan parmesan) into a blender and blend until smooth.<br \/>\n3. Mix the mixture with a cup of water in which pasta was cooked, then pour everything in a pot and leave to cook at moderate temperature for 3-5 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Add vegan parmesan and stir everything again, and remove from the heat.<br \/>\n5. Pour the pasta into a bowl, then sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes and parsley leaves.<br \/>\n6. Serve and enjoy.<\/p>\n<div style='text-align:center'
