This pseudo-grain will fill you and go great with sweet ingredients. I used coconut milk, agave syrup, cinnamon, and raspberries and spiced it with coconut flakes. Try it out!<\/p>\n<p>Preparation time: 20 minutes<br \/>\nServings: 2<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u00bd cup raw quinoa<br \/>\n1 \u2154 cup unsweetened coconut milk<br \/>\n2 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n2 tsp agave syrup<br \/>\nwater, if needed<br \/>\n\u00bd cup raspberries<\/p>\n<p>Serving ingredients:<br \/>\n\u00bc cup walnuts, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp unsweetened dried coconut flakes<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<br \/>\nMix quinoa, coconut milk, cinnamon, and agave syrup in a pot, and leave to boil.<br \/>\nLower the temperature and cook for 12-15 minutes.<br \/>\nIf needed, add water to get the desired texture.<br \/>\nPour the porridge into two bowls.
