I added pumpkin and goji berries to this oatmeal, whose recipe you can find below, and I baked everything together in the oven. Give it a try and let me know your impressions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 45 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> 4-6<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 flax eggs (Mix 1 tsp of flaxseed with 3 tsp of hot water for one flax egg.)<br \/>\n\u2153 cup pumpkin puree (Steam the pumpkin, then blend it.)<br \/>\n\u00bc cup agave syrup<br \/>\n2 tbsp coconut oil, melted + more for coating the baking tray<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br \/>\n1 \u00bd gingerbread spice<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n1 cup unsweetened almond milk<br \/>\n1 cup unsweetened coconut milk<br \/>\n2 \u00bd cup oats<br \/>\n\u00be cup walnuts, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u2153 cup goji berries<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp coconut sugar, optional<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\ncoconut whipped cream<br \/>\nagave syrup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Preheat the oven at 180\u00b0C, and coat the ceramic baking bowl with coconut oil.<br \/>\n2. Mix flax eggs, pumpkin puree, agave syrup, coconut oil, salt, gingerbread spice, and cinnamon in a large bowl, and stir until combined.<br \/>\n3. Add almond and coconut milk and stir again. Add oats and walnuts, and mix well.<br \/>\n4. Pour the resulting mixture into a ceramic baking bowl. Sprinkle coconut sugar on the top, and arrange goji berries.<br \/>\n5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or the mixture gets golden, and the edges get caramelized. Take out from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes.<br \/>\n6. Decorate with coconut whipped cream and agave syrup.<br \/>\n7.
