Almond granola
Use this homemade granola as a replacement for industrial snacks and sweets containing artificial sweeteners, hydrogenated vegetable oils, artificial colors, aromas and additives. Make it yourself and you will get a delicious, simple, crunchy treat full of healthy ingredients. You can have granola instead of oatmeal to enrich your morning breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
½ cup chopped raw almonds
¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp honey
1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 150°C and line the baking sheet with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. The easiest way is to do it lightly with your fingers. Pour everything into a baking sheet in a thin layer and bake for 10 minutes until it gets a golden color. Store the cooled granola in a glass jar in a dry place for up to 2 weeks.
