This combination of ingredients is filled with vitamins and antioxidants such as vitamins A, K, and E, which can help reduce wrinkles, diminish dark circles and improve skin health. Try this recipe for the anti-aging smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 pear, without seeds
⅔ cup blueberries
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 cup baby spinach
1 date
2 ice cubes, optional
3 dl water
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
