Apple chips with cinnamon
Have you ever tried apple chips coated in cinnamon? Even though you need to bake apples for 2-3 hours, it’s worth the adventure, because this dessert is very delicious. Serve it to your youngest housemates, I am sure they will ask for more.
Preparation time: 2 ½ hours

Ingredients:
2 apples, pitted and cut in thin rings
2 tsp coconut sugar
½ tsp cinnamon + a bit more for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven at 80 °C.
2. In a bowl, mix the apples thinly chopped into rings, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.
3. Set the metal grill on a baking tray. Arrange apple rings on the grill, separating them so they don’t overlap.
4. Bake the apples for 2 to 3 hours with the fan on. Apples should be dried, but still flexible. Turn them the other way from time to time.
5. Take the apples out and coat with cinnamon as desired.
6. Serve and enjoy.
