Wake up and prepare this delicious apple smoothie! The combination of apple, almond milk, peanut butter and cinnamon is great for an easy start of the day. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 apple, diced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp ground flaxseed
¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
