Arugula and walnuts pesto sauce

Super light, fresh and delicious pesto sauce. It has a very interesting taste, instead of basil in the recipe is arugula, which gives the pesto a nice, but also a bit spicy taste. Waluts are rich in protein and omega 3 fats, which are extremely important for our health and avocado gives it a creamy texture. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 cups arugula
¾ cups walnuts
⅓ cups olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup of water
Juice of 1 lemon
½ avocado

Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a completely smooth texture. Serve pesto sauce over the whole-grain or gluten-free pasta.
