Arugula salad

We often don’t have time to make complicated salads. That’s why I decided to show you a very simple recipe with ingredients that most of you probably have at home. It’s an arugula salad that will fit perfectly with every meal.

Ingredients:

For the salad:
1 cup arugula
1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tbsp sugar corn cooked
¼  red onion, chopped into half-moon
1 handful pumpkin seeds

For the dressing:
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp maple syrup
a pinch of unrefined sea salt

Instructions:
 
For the salad:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

For the dressing:
Mix all ingredients with dressing and enjoy.
