Autumn granola

This granola doesn’t only look delicious in the photo, it tastes delicious in reality too! So, on today’s menu, we have the autumn granola in its healthier version. I mixed oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and raw organic honey. But, pumpkin puree gives this granola a special flavor and makes it a fantastic autumn dessert. If you’re interested, look for the recipe below.

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Servings: 18

Ingredients:
3 cups oats
1 ¼ cup walnuts
⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp coconut sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp raw organic honey
⅓ cup pumpkin puree (Steam the pumpkin, then blend it.)

Instructions:
1. Mix the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bigger bowl.
2. Heat the coconut oil, honey, and pumpkin puree at a moderate temperature in a smaller pot. Add dry ingredients, previously mixed, and then stir all together with a wooden spoon.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on a pan, and bake it in the oven at 180 °C, for about 20-30 minutes.
4. When granola turns yellow, take it out of the oven and leave until cool.
5. Serve and enjoy.
