JANUARSKI "5 DANA DETOKS PROGRAM" 27-31.1.

Avocado and basil dip

Do you like avocado? If you do, here’s a great dip suggestion that can be served with poultry, fish, legumes, or with a salad of your choice.

Ingredients:
1 avocado, mashed
¾ cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
½ spring onion, finely chopped for decoration
a handful of red peppers flakes for decoration

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and serve with a meal of your choice.
