Avocado banana smoothie

Avocado is rich in healthy fatty acids that are necessary for the body, and at the same time it is extremely tasty, especially in combination with bananas. Ingredients:
1 banana
1⁄2 avocado
1⁄2 handful baby spinach
1⁄2 lemon, juice
2 dl unsweetened rice milk
1 tbsp coconut protein
1 tbsp flaxseed protein

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, for about 30 seconds.
