Avocado peanut butter pudding

Avocado pudding is a great alternative to regular pudding, full of refined sugar. You can add any ingredient to the avocado base, and I chose peanut butter and cocoa powder. Let this treat be your daily dose of healthy fats.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 ½ avocado
1 banana
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup agave syrup
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Topping ingredients (optional):
1 tsp peanut butter
½ tsp agave syrup
a pinch of vegan chocolate, finely chopped

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the pudding into glasses, and add topping as desired.
3. Serve and enjoy.
