Azuki beans with rice and vegetables

If you like to experiment with legumes, try ADZUKI BEANS. It’s a great choice for vegans as it contains protein and improves digestion and skin health. In the new recipe, I combined it with integral rice, arugula and radishes. Bon Appetit!

1⁄2 cup cooked adzuki beans
1⁄2 cup cooked integral rice
4 radishes
1 handful arugula
2-3 red onions
1 1⁄2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

1. Chop radishes and red onions into half-moon shapes.
2. Put all ingredients except arugula on a plate. Separately season the arugula with a dressing made from sesame oil, lemon juice and a little salt, and add it to the plate.
3. Add a little salt to the other ingredients, as preferred, and sprinkle the red onion pieces over the integral rice. Bon Appetit!
