Balsamic dressing

Balsamic dressing? Yum!!! Very often I hear people who have decided to improve their diet and introduce more green leafy vegetables to their daily menu, mention that their salads are boring because they are always made with the same dressings. This combination usually contains extra virgin olive oil + apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. However, the real advice, in this case, is to experiment and learn how to prepare different dressings and thus completely refresh your salads.

Below is a balsamic and honey dressing recipe that goes perfectly with bitter vegetables like kale and arugula. Of course, you can also use it with other types of salads, given its sweet aroma.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp raw honey

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and pour over the salad.
