Banana smoothie

Make this creamy and delicious banana smoothie with just five ingredients. Use bananas as a base and add plant milk, peanuts, peanut butter and cinnamon. Bananas are a good source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6 and C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ tbsp roasted peanuts
½ tbsp cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
