Beef bone broth
Beef bone broth is rich in nutrients that boost the immune system, support the digestive system, regulate thyroid dysfunction and many other health conditions. The broth is super easy to prepare at home, and it is recommended for consumption because of its richness in protein, especially collagen, as well as minerals like calcium and phosphorus.
Ingredients:
4 pounds of beef bones
4 carrots, cut into pieces
4 stalks of celery, chopped into pieces
2 onions
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp whole black pepper corn
2 bay leaves
1 handful fresh thyme
1 bunch parsley leaves
¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
18 – 20 glasses of cold water
Instructions:
