Berry spirulina smoothie

Try this recipe – mix berries, baby spinach, and spirulina to get an anti-inflammatory smoothie, reducing inflammations in the body. Blueberries and blackberries, baby spinach, and spirulina contain antioxidants that prevent oxidative damage. Enjoy!

1 banana
¾ cup blueberries
¾ cup blackberries
1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp agave syrup
¼ cup walnuts
1 cup baby spinach
½ tsp spirulina powder

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
