Blueberry smoothie

This blueberry smoothie is going to boost your immunity and fill you up with energy. It’s rich in fiber, antioxidants and other nutrients. It’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup baby spinach or kale, finely chopped
1 banana
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
