Thanks to healthy fats, this brain-boosting smoothie supports the nervous system, improves memory and brain health. It’s delicious and easy to make. Start your day with this great recipe!
Ingredients:
½ cup walnuts
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Granny Smith apple
2 ice cubes, optional
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 dl water
Instructions:
Soak walnuts overnight in the water and wash them the first thing in the morning. Then, put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
