Cauliflower puree

Cauliflower is full of important nutrients and vitamins, helping to build the body’s normal immune system. It helps to overcome fatigue. In addition, it prevents aging, helps with stomach ulcers, prevents cancer, and is great for weight loss. Try the recipe for cauliflower puree.

Ingredients:
1 half cauliflower
1 to 2 garlic cloves
⅓ tsp red pepper flakes
a pinch of Himalayan salt

Instructions:
Wash the cauliflower, then split it into florets. Put it to boil for 10 minutes. After that, transfer the cauliflower to a blender, add the garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Serve and enjoy.
