Chia pudding with almonds and blackberries
Are you in the mood for one more chia pudding? This time I opted for CHIA PUDDING WITH ALMONDS AND BLACKBERRIES, yummy! Apart from being very tasty, these tiny seeds are beneficial for digestion and energy recovery. Try it and let me know what do you think.
Ingredients:
6 tbsp chia seeds
2 dl coconut milk
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp agave syrup
1 banana
½ cup frozen blackberries
1-2 tbsp almond flakes
Instructions:
Pour coconut milk into a deep bowl, then add chia seeds, cinnamon, cocoa, and agave syrup. Stir well, then wait ten minutes for the pudding to thicken. Add chopped banana, blackberries and almond flakes as toppings. Enjoy!
