Chickpeas with apple and vegetables

Are you in the mood for a VEGAN SWEET-SALTY COMBINATION? Combine chickpeas and apples to get a fantastic salad, which you can consume with vegetables of your choice. I chose cucumber, carrot and red cabbage. The more colors in the plate, the more nutrients in the body! Instructions on how to prepare chickpeas with apples and vegetables are below.

Ingredients for the meal:
1 handful grated carrots
1⁄6 red cabbage
2⁄3 cup cooked chickpeas
1 Granny Smith apple
1⁄2 cucumber

Ingredients for the dressing:
3 tbsp light sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
a pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Grate the red cabbage, dice the apples and cut the cucumber into half moon shapes.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix the dressing ingredients in a glass, and pour them over the meal ingredients.
4. Stir everything well and serve.
