Cold avocado cucumber potage

Since warmer days are coming, replace hot potages with cold ones. One of them is avocado cucumber potage, which will refresh you. You can prepare it in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
½ cup water
1 avocado, chopped into pieces
1 cucumber, chopped into pieces
½ tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, mashed
½ lemon juice
a pinch of salt

Decoration:
Cherry tomato
Sesame seeds
Chives
Red chili pepper flakes

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the potage into a bowl and decorate as desired.
3. Serve and enjoy.
