Creamy carrot and banana smoothie

So far, I have shared over 100 various smoothie recipes with you. However, this one is a bit different, because I didn’t use any kind of green leafy vegetables. Carrots are the base, as well as bananas, which makes this smoothie very creamy. I also added cashews and coconut flour to achieve the proper texture. This is a real autumn treat! Try out this carrot and banana smoothie.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 handful grated carrots
1 cm fresh ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut flour
½ lemon juice
3 dl rice milk

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
2. Serve and enjoy!
