Creamy quinoa porridge
Try quinoa porridge instead of oatmeal. This pseudo-grain will fill you and go great with sweet ingredients. I used coconut milk, agave syrup, cinnamon, and raspberries and spiced it with coconut flakes. Try it out!

Ingredients:
½ cup raw quinoa
1 ⅔ cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp agave syrup
water, if needed
½ cup raspberries
Serving ingredients:
¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp unsweetened dried coconut flakes
Instructions:
Mix quinoa, coconut milk, cinnamon, and agave syrup in a pot, and leave to boil.
Lower the temperature and cook for 12-15 minutes.
If needed, add water to get the desired texture.
Pour the porridge into two bowls. Add the raspberries, and decorate the porridge with walnuts and coconut flakes.
Serve and enjoy.
